A filmed version of the Glee live tour is set to be released in cinemas this summer, in 3D. The movie, which will be titled Glee! Live! 3D!, will be filmed during the
musical-comedy's summer tour of North America. It features performances by series regulars such as Lea Michele, Amber Riley, Cory Monteith, Kevin McHale, Chris Colfer, Dianna Agron and Mark Salling. According to Billboard, the film will be released in the US on August 12 for a minimum of two weeks. Series creator Ryan Murphy said: "This tour was all about going out and performing for our amazing fans who have supported our show from the beginning, but due to the limited time we had to travel during our hiatus, there were only so many cities we could get to before we had to resume work on the television series. "We knew that not every fan who wanted to attend a concert would get that opportunity. Now, thanks to our friends at Twentieth Century Fox Film, we'll be able to bring the concert experience to movie theaters across the country in full three dimensional glory." He added: "We promise every passionate 'Gleek' a cinematic experience that will have them singing and dancing in the aisles."

Glee extra in trouble with creator after revealing plot details
A Glee extra got in trouble with one of its creators when she tweeted who would be named prom king and queen on the show. An extra on the hit Fox show recently tweeted a message to her followers revealing the spoiler but Glee creator Brad Falchuk was not impressed when he saw the message. She wrote a message saying: "K is PQ and Ka is PK." E! Online claims this means Kurt, played by Chris Colfer, will be prom queen while Karofsky, played by Max Adler, is prom king. Falchuk then wrote: "Hope you're qualified to do something besides work in entertainment. Who are you to spoil something talented people have spent months to create?" She later wrote a message saying: "They are not doing reshoots because of my careless mistake so shut up haters and leave me alone. Grow up and get a life." The user later disappeared off the social networking site.

Glee star Matthew Morrison blushed at his 'gayest' role ever when a clip from it was aired on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Before he was famous for playing teacher Will Schuester on Glee the 32-year-old actor had a bit part in Marci X - a 2003 flop starring Lisa Kudrow and Damon Wayans. Morrison cringed as Leno dug out the clip from the film as he appeared on the chat show to promote his new album. "I can't believe you are doing this to me right now," said Morrison. "It was the gayest thing I have ever done in my life. Literally, I was in a gay boy band called Boys R Us." The clip showed Morrison and members of the gay boy band holding hands and their crotches. After the clip Morrison got up from his seat, joking, "I'll leave, I'll leave."
